As an aggressive player, I have learned a number of valuable lessons while gambling over the decades. Whether you are partial to wagering at the real world’ casinos or the numerous online casinos. Here are my golden rules of wagering, most of which may be thought of as common sense, but if adhered to they will assist you in going a long distance to leaving with a sense of enjoyment.
Rule one: Go into a casino with a set value that you are willing and can afford to use – How much would it cost for an evening out on diner, beers, entrance fees and tips? This is a perfect value to use.
Rule 2: Don’t take your credit card with you – or any means of getting money out. Do not concern yourself about cash for the taxi if you throw away all your money; most cab drivers, especially the taxis hailed at casinos, will take you home and will be more than happy to wait for the moola when you get back.
Rule three: Stay to your predetermined threshold. I constantly think of what I would want to buy should I win. The previous time I was able to go, I determined I’d really would love to buy a new digital camera which cost around $400, so that was my predetermined limit. As soon as I surpassed that sum, I walked away. Just stop. Even if Mystic Megan herself gives you the next number for the roulette wheel, ignore her and say goodbye. Depart comfortable in the knowledge that you will be heading into the city and buying a nice new toy!
Rule 4: Have fun. When you are "buzzing" you will certainly win. It’s a reality. I don’t understand how, but it clearly is. As soon as it turns into a burden, or you are only gambling to make $$$$ you have lost, you usually will be deprived of even more. When you are profiting, having an excellent time with your buddies, or your boyfriend, you will win even more.
